Yes I remember this happening once before a while back. I did chat with EA support about it and they recognnize this as an issue with the latest update. They have flagged the issue and kicked it up to the dev team to resolve. Now we just wait for a patch/update to fix it.
I have the same issue. I updated my ipad to IOS 17.3 and updated Sims FreePlay. I lost a lot of data because my data did not get uploaded properly to the cloud.
Now I am working on old data and the application keeps crashing. I submitted a ticket but have not heard back. Does anyone have any updates?
