You need to contact support. You can use the link or contact them through the game by using the "question mark" in the game menu. If you go through the game some of the fields will fill out automatically.

When you fill out the form make sure all of the boxes have something in them. If you don't have an account that they are asking for, such as Facebook or google then just use the URL for the log in page. You can find your own game information in the info section of the game menu. Once your form goes through you should get an email confirming that the support team got your form. If you do not get this email then the form did not go through and you need to try again. In this email is a link to your ticket information. This is where you can ask for updates and check on the status of your issue. Please give them time to fix your issue, since they are very busy right now because a lot of players are having problems with the current event.
