Unfortunately, I have the same problem and this doesn’t work with me… I still have to add the 9th Sim to reach level 10, but nu city is full and I need to reach level 10 before I can add a Sim.. so I’m stuck. Any other solutions? Thank you in advance!
if you cant delete/ask a sim to leave town, you'll need to take it up with support
