Hey @2bjbgjqkc2ht, please do not accuse any other users or groups of cheating as doing so is technically a breach of the AHQ User Rules and Guidelines.

 

From here on out, any naming of users and accusing them of cheating will be actioned.

 

If you suspect a user or group of cheating then please report them by following the steps in this link: https://help.ea.com/en-tr/help/faq/report-players-for-cheating-abuse-and-harassment/

 

We take all reports very seriously and will fully investigate.

    Hello, I don't think there's ANY OPTION to REPORT in your link for "For Issue, choose from Real-life threat, Report player, or Report website" . HOW TO REPORT PLPEASE?

    You have to go to Firemonkeys support for FreePlay

    Use the option "suggestions" as that is the closest option they have to cheating, hacks or abuse


    Contact Firemonkeys support: https://help.firemonkeys.com.au/hc/en-us/requests/new or get there in game: green ... button at the bottom of the screen; Talkbubble with ?
    I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)
    Or contact support via FB or Twitter, links are at the bottom of the page
