Probably glitched

I have them but need to tap the magnifying glass to actually see the templates, 3 days left on the timer

This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much more for you

Thanks for the advice, my tab looked like that for a little while but for the last week it’s not even there. The architect homes tab on an empty lot is not there at all (it only has the usual homes and the driveway homes tabs) and the tab in the drop down store thing is empty other than the count down for how long the nonexistent houses will be there. The game is fully updated and running smoothly, events and all, except for the architect homes. Would it be a device problem maybe? Or just a glitch? Help pls :,(
