The Cloud allows you to retrieve your game on a new device so you don't have to start over 🙂

   Saving Game Data
   To save your current game data, please follow these steps below:

   1. Pause your current game and tap the Cloud icon.

   2. You will need to log into Facebook to use this feature. If you are not logged into Facebook on your device, you'll receive this message. Select Yes.

   Then enter your email and password to log into Facebook.

   3. You need to give Sims FreePlay permission to access some of your account information so we can create your save data ID. Select Okay.

   4. Select Upload Save Data (Fig 2)

   4. Tap Ok (Fig 4)

   Please note that any save data that has been uploaded will expire after 7 days. It is recommended that you save your game data on a regular basis.

   Downloading Save Data
   To download your save data onto another device, please follow these steps below:

   1. Open the game on the new device, pause the game and tap the Cloud icon.

   2. Follow the Facebook login steps detailed in the 'Saving Game Data' section of the FAQ.

   3. Select Download Save Data.

   4. Alternatively, if the game is booted for the first time, you can access your save data straight away by selecting Download Save Data.

   5. Check the save data information to ensure that this is the save that you want to download. Then select Yes to confirm the download.
