You need to contact support.
if you did not get an email from support after you put in the ticket then you might need to do it again. Make sure all the boxes are filled out. If you don't have a Facebook or google account then just use the URL from the log in pages.

I'm logged in and I'm getting really frustrated with this still can't do event says 2 half quests not completed how do I contact support all I get is a blank page HELP!!!!

to contact support either tap on the question mark in the game menu (its on the right side of the menu) or use the link I posted on my post in this thread. If you are using the link and just getting a blank page then you may need to use a computer instead of a mobile device.

I did manage to get two outfits (almost made it to three) by using over 10 LPs after losing 2 days, once EA fixed my glitch. Since the quest just ended, I'm not sure what they'll do about the issue. Maybe it will reopen earlier than other have in the past.
