I am using iPad air. I use WiFi. The Sims Freeplay. I have tried my iPad & an Android. It will not work on either. Just keeps going to download.

I can't get passed the download. It's been 6 days. No one will get back with me.

    if you use a VPN, turn it off

    If that does not help contact support

    This forum is provided by EA but is designed as Player helping Player, in this case we can not do much for you

    If I can not get into the game how can I get to the green buttons? I can not get into the game…….How do I contact anyone. I have tried everything. No one will contact me. Where do I go.

    @SalixCat For some reason I can’t start a conversation. Guess I’m done. I play on iPad & I think from the last update they did has messed up all IOS players. I even talked too Apple about this too. But didn’t get anywhere either. I’m on level 57 & been playing years now. I don’t want to star over.

    @bwassen Isn't chat available for you? Is there an error message? Can you describe what happens when you try to start the chat?
