A Claus for Reunion in game purchase Santa’s helper boost has me purchasing it everyday. After the event ends it prompts me to purchase the pack again. After two days I really don’t think anyone wants to end up paying 90.87 for the event’s entirety.
I’m also having the same issue. Bought the boost the first day, then continued to see the prompts for it on day 2. So, I bought it again!! Ugh
I have same problem too. I want payback, or the boost for whole event. Because in the info button it said its for whole quest.
I made a complaint for the same problem and they ask me for screenshots of the supporting documents on a computer because they do not accept screenshots on a tablet, what do I do if I do not have a computer?! I f
I find it shameful to refuse supporting documents on a tablet for a game that is mainly played on a mobile device!
I recently purchased a Christmas Boost on Sims Freeplay and yesterday I continued to get ads to purchase the boost again. I was informed that the boost is for the remaining days of the event and not just for one day. How can I get this resolved? I have proof of purchase.
Has anyone gotten a resolution for this? I noticed Monday that it was asking me to purchase again?! I did chat support through EA and was told I need to report the bug but so far I have not heard back!! I tagged them on Twitter (X) and nothing
they fixed mine.
Update! Their Facebook page posted an update that it has been resolved and I received 100 LP when I logged in!
