Saved by the spell issue

Hi guys. So I'm doing the saved by the spell quest on the sim freeplay. I'm up to the part where we need to have two sims at the dinner table in the park but there's no cloudy task thingy and everytime I tried to click on the table my sim would refuse to sit down and stuff. The table was already filled with the bear and other characters thats eating before I even sit down and they wouldn't go away. I've tried re installing the game but it's still the same. Any suggestion to fix this problem? Thank you 😊
