Simdex issue, locking content despite having done quests

I have just updated my game and I have a few quests I haven’t done but I have the objects as of the pool quest I have pools but it’s saying I never did the quest and now I can’t buy anything from the...

    There is an update in the store that should fix the simdex issue

    It is currently out for Android and should come to Apple's iOS later today

    (I've been checking the app store every 30 min for the last 4 hrs but nothing yet)

    EDIT: It is finally out on Apple as well

    So check Google Play and App store and good luck

Hi!

First i want to say that i LOVE the latest update, where i can see my game progress with Simdex! But with Simdex i found out, that there are several progression quests that i haven’t completed, and i cant get access to them, because they don’t exist in my game.

Now i have to finish the ‘Money Grows on Trees’ quest to open the ‘infant’ section in the Home Store. I am currently level 50 in the game, and I have been playing the Sims Freeplay for many years. I have finished the ‘Bread Winner’ quest years ago. I also have access to the Simoleon Sprout and it works perfectly fine - I just haven’t done the quest that is required to finish level 7 in the Simdex.

There are several other sections in the Home Store that are locked, since I updated the game, and it is extremely frustrating, because I can’t do the missing quests.

 

Also! All my facebook friends, who play Sims Freeplay, are now gone? The only friend I have in the game now is ‘Another Sim Town’, and I have tried logging out of facebook and then logging in again, but my friends are still missing in the game.

 

I hope to get an answer for these issues as soon as possible!

It is a known bug, contact support, I'll link it below

They are aware and working on it

As for the Party Boat

Log out and in of FB - this usually fixes it

If that does not work, ask your friends to check their visibility

It needs to be set to at least "friends" not "only ME" > same goes for you. If you have it on "only me" you will see your neighbours but they will not see you making it a one sided relationship

They also need to be active in the game, so if they haven't opened their game for 60(? unsure of the exact time) days they are not on the boat until they play the game again

I personally can not sign in with chrome or safari, so you might need to try different browsers (I use Edge)

    Hi again!

    I have tried to contact Firemonkeys, using Safari, Chrome, Firefox and Edge, but nothing works… now I have problems with Sim Springs too, and I just don’t know how to contact them. Is there any other way, that I can try to contact them? An email address or something?

      You can contact them through one of those

      Huh, I can not get to Firemonkeys on Safari or Chrome but I do succeed on Edge

      Clear cookies and cache, perhaps?

      Not my area, so that is unfortunately all I've got
