Sims can't level up at hospital
My sim is stuck at level 9 at the hospital! She's done at least 12 shifts but can't get the heart monitor resources for her badge! This is really frustrating. Any tips?

I've tried those methods before and they have worked, but they don't work for this heart monitor resource.
It takes a lot of time. I have one of my movies studio sims that is taking a long time to earn her resources. Just keep playing.
