Im having the same issues. I'll be able to play for a while then it crashes. I have spent SP and they have been wasted because when it crashes it stops the task I was doing but doesn't give back the sp points. I'm also android.
If anyone can tell me is this only my
game? I’m trying to get to help but since I can’t open my game I’m not sure how to find it. I was in influence island getting ready to leave it because I lost all three rounds and the game just shut down. Now when I go to open it it pops up for a second and then just closes. I don’t even have my player number.
Yes this is the exact same behavior mine has. I can delete the app and reload everything, but then after about 2 minutes it crashed to my phones home screen. Then, like yours, when I go to open the app again, it immediately crashes.
I have an open ticket right now with EA on the issue and have given them detailed information about this. If you havent yet, I would reach out to them as well....the more people reporting this, the better!
I also have a ticket in. I hope they fix it or I’ll miss both quests. I haven’t had issues in a long time with FreePlay. I really didn’t miss trying to get my game fixed. I’m at least glad it isn’t just me. I wonder if it’s everyone with IPhones?
