Sims free play - Game data has disappeared.

  1. I failed to reload the data immediately after saving it to the cloud. The reason is 'because there is no saved data'

      2. I followed the instructions in the help, but             the data was lost and I would like to           receive compensation for that.

3. If possible, I would like to know your email address. It's too long to write it all down here.

    Me ha pasado lo mismo, ha desaparecido mi nube, y llevo jugando más de 10 años, nadie me da solución. Ya empezó a dar fallos desde la última actualización, te han solucionado algo??? Sabes que puedo hacer para recuperarlo??
