I failed to reload the data immediately after saving it to the cloud. The reason is 'because there is no saved data' 2. I followed the instructions in the help, but the data was lost and I would like to receive compensation for that.3. If possible, I would like to know your email address. It's too long to write it all down here.

I think we should all receive compensation because this was not our error. The game was glitching mad. I had never seen the like. And the help for it was ridiculous and wrong. I never would have tried to reinstall knowing it would be like this. Pathetic. Companies getting away with way to much.

Hey, literally just had an identical problem. Did you find a solution ? Everywhere i look for help, it just sends me to this forum.

Same thing happened to me game gone. I think if they would just hook our accounts etc to our game id I would think our original game should come back

And now no one one is answering me and my case says no fix which is ridiculous unless their servers poofed or something.

Literally!! There is no way my game just disappeared and doesn’t exist when I’ve been playing for 10 years +. Soo frustrating

Sims free play - Game data has disappeared.
