- Anonymous9 years agoHey try deleting your game cache. This worked for me !
Neither of these solutions are fully working for me, it frequently crashes immediately upon reinstalling even without the save data. Very frustrating. After five reinstalls I'm givingup. I'm going to stop playing and hold out for a fix [fingers crossed].

Same problem here, and nothing works - I even tried to disconnect from the FB.
Does game support even exist ? I've submitted a ticket via that firemonkeys link, and didn't get the confirmation email . Also my request isn't registered on my profile in the firemonkeys system. It feels as if no one gets it and no one tries to help.
Also, this problem exists since 2013? Why they even still offer social quests then? Since they can't fix it - why they are still luring players into these crashes?
If you submitted a ticket and did not get a confirmation email and your ticket is not in your firemonkey's profile then your ticket did not go through. You will need to resubmit.

I've resubmitted it three times with the same (zero) result. I've filled all fields and have chosen the appropriate subject as it says on help page.
The system just doesn't work, clearly.

I've reinstalled the game and will be starting it from scratch because I don't want to miss on timed quests rewards I'll miss if go back to my old save. I won't be touching social quests with a ten-foot pole, too. At least I haven't wasted real money on this (I have been considering it lately) - now I won't support a developer who can't fix 3-year-old crash, still offers quests which cause this crash and whose support just doesn't exist.
Why they don't offer us an option to still save the game even when a sim is away? It would just solve the problem on players side, as we at least won't lose progress, since they obviously aren't able to solve this permanently on server side.
When you sent your sim to your neighbor's the game saved to the cloud. If you uninstall the game and then download the saved game you will probably be close to where you were when you sent your sim. Just a suggestion and if it doesn't work then you can just start over like you intended.

I just had this issue tonight. I hadn't been to a neighbor in weeks because the task needed an item my neighbors didn't have. Today I finally decided to skip it, and then two tasks in, stuck.
For some reason logging the game out of Facebook and logging back in freed my stuck Sim.
The downside is the game still keeps crashing when I try to go to a neighbor, so once again I guess I can't get social points the old fashioned way.

If only. It was 19 hour long quest. NIGHNTEEN HOURS. The crash happened when my sim was done and I went to pick him up. So downloading a save from 19 hours back meant I've lost two quests I have fulfilled during this time - one of them was for Ocean mansion, so basically I've lost a nice free house.
Now I'm almost back where I was when I had to restart (I was at lvl 18, I'm at the 17th now). I'm facing a 24-hour-long social quest (grow pumpkins). So saving before getting my sim to neighbors won't help any, again - I'll lose a full day of tasks and deadlines. COuld they at least stop with hours-long social quests? There is no problem fulfilling short tasks when it's possible stay with my sim until he's done. It's only after existing a neighbour's city while the sim is there that crashes happen.
And guess what? Now they have this new event where you need SP to buy crystal patches. And support form still doesn't work. Is there any other way to contact a real person from support? This is getting downright ridiculous.
Ok this is only a suggestion so don't yell at me for making it, especially if you have already tried it.. Have you tried submitting the form on a regular computer instead of your mobile device.
