sims free play free life points

When you tap on the goals you get an option in the top left corner to watch a video and you'll get a free life point. Every time I try to watch the video the whole game resets and reloads everytime how can I stop this happening?

    Someone please explain why amd how top fix this so that I can stay to earn free LP, SP & Simoleons by watching a video. The video goes to start but them it crashes and just reboots and loads the game back up not allowing the video to actually play at all.
    So far I've not been able to see any "answers"from a website named answers lol. Hopefully, someone will take pity and help me out lol
