This just happened to me. Did anyone get theirs resolved?
Happened to me twice now on my sir Moleons savings the first time, so I repurchased and I got it. Never tried for the first refund for 2.99, I let it go. But now I just purchased it for the sir moleons savings 2 and once again, $ came out of my account but I never received it. Got a refund for 5.34 and was told to repurchase and assured it would go through. It did not. Got refunded both times through Amazon but now what… I don’t get the sir moleons savings and now I never wanna purchase anything anymore because I’m afraid it’s gonna be the same issue again?? Weird thing is, every time I sign into my sims, it opens and congratulates me on my sir moleon savings purchase but nothing ever gets added to my sims account! And I’m also out the 25 LP it was supposed to give me as well.
Did you ever get yours or get anything resolved with the issue?
