Sims free play

Hi, I hate the fact that I updated the sims free play now I can't play it. It has to be downloaded all over again and I am using data service which is 200mb and the game is over 700mb. It should not have to be downloaded all over. I'm really pissed now cause I love the game so much and it's giving this problem. Also there's a mission that states : practice painting in neighbors community and there is no where to do that, I've been on it for weeks. Please fix ASAP.
