Sims Freeplay Android

I have been searching for hours to find an answer! I bought 500 life points on the sims play store on my Sony xperia tablet and the life points haven'. Shown up in the game and they've taken the money out of my account! Where are my lifepoints!?!? And I've tried so many things like logging out and turning off my tablet and logging back in already.
