can anyone help - the brewing quest only gave me one brewing option which was for 2hrs 35 mins or so - not the 4 different ones that it should have - I got to level 4 and didn't complete the quest as it only ever gives me the same 2 prizes - I want to get all the prizes as I want the cottage home pack - but it's never going to happen with only 1 brewing option any ideas please ?? Thank you 😀
Try rebooting your device and/or closing and restarting your game app. If that doesn't help then you need to contact support either through the "question mark" in your game menu or at this link.
If you use the question mark in your game menu it will fill in some of the boxes for you.
The quest time limit is only for the special prize. You can still complete the quest after the time limit. If you read though this thread you will see my recommendations I gave the other player to try and fix it. You have not said if you tried them or not. If all else fails then contact support. the link is in my previous post.

I agree on the fact that I can still complete the quest once the time limit is done but this ruin all my chances to win the sorcerer outfit.
and that's why I'm disappointed. Anyway I try to reboot my tablet and restart the game but that doesn't work neither.
I made a ticket to technical support team to see what they can do.
