Sims Freeplay Crashing
I completed the happy land motel build and now I can't open it because it keeps crashing. I spent money on this and now I can't finish my quest. Help please!

Community Manager@fannie13761 Hey, when it comes to bugs in the game, if normal troubleshooting for mobile games does not work, or any workarounds found do not work, you can report a bug through the steps sent above.
If you have an in-game issue like missing content, purchases, etc, this would go to live support through the articles posted to you. Live support can also report a bug for you.
Your specific issue would need to be reviewed by the mobile team. That I am afraid we do not handle over the forums. Community Managers are not supported. We are here to moderate forums and assist with bug reports etc.
If enough players posted the same issue here, we can absolutely dent that up, however, with a game crashing as you described, support would be the way to go.

I have started the palm promenade section and built the cactus cave. I built the tree house and now every time I click on the built tree house the game crashes and closes. I have reached out to support and not gotten anywhere. A chat would be nice. I have two tickets open but when you choose “resume ticket” it just keeps looping to help topics. I have restarted my iPad. Made sure my iPad is up to date. Switched networks. Deleted and reinstalled the game and nothing works. I cannot progress in the game to continue building. Help! Please don’t send me a link to read about common fixes. I have tried these. Let me know if this issue is going to be resolved. Thank you

@0f85y0n4i0u7 Have you stored the items in your inventory, closed the game down and then added them back to the land? Does it only crash with those items specifically and no others?
I get the crashing when I go to hit on the built tree house so there aren’t any items in the inventory it’s the actual build of the treehouse
Hey , I’m in the same boat as you!!! And it took over a week from both EA and the game support just to tell me there nothing they can do.
Long story short……this is an ongoing issues and numerous of players have been reporting this crash. So unfortunately it a waiting game. They waiting to see how much of an issue this crash really is , how to go about it and how to fix it .
