Sims freeplay deals tab not working

I don’t have the deals tab but everyone else does

Hello @tscowee.

That sounds frustrating! Let's try some basic troubleshooting to start.

Please close all apps running in the background on your device.

Check the time/date on the phone and ensure it's correctly set.

Disconnect and reconnect from the network that is being used. (If you're on Wi-Fi, restart the Wi-Fi router.)

Switch between Wi-Fi and 3G/4G/LTE.

Clear your device's cache.

Additionally, are you playing Sims FreePlay on Android or iOS?

Hi, I have the same problem. Is this function only for certain areas? I have an iPad and that one has the deals tab but my iPhone doesn’t.

Hi, I've had the same problem on android. Tried all the suggestions which did not work.
