Sims freeplay freezing
My Sims Freeplay is freezing on the freeplay logo. I do not have it backed up to iCloud. Anyone find any other fixes for it?

Trying to link up to Firemonkey's help is ridiculous. I don't know most of the answers to the questions and don't have a Facebook link let alone know what it means about the device info. All I know is that since I upgraded the ios, I have had nothing but issues that have been exacerbated with the recent Sims upgrade. I now have sound, but the game keeps freezing. Rebooting the iPad doesn't really help because it either doesn't unfreeze or when it does, it just freezes again.
