sims freeplay: mystery box shop
I recently purchased a bounty box in the sims freeplay app but did not receive any of items, but took all my keys leaving me with 0 ? And was wondering how i can fix this issue?

Make sure you're looking in the right section, store and inventory - all sections - and the wardrobe (if you won clothing, makeup or other accessories

I personally can not sign in with chrome, so you might need to try different browsersAfter an interaction with FM, I wasn’t able to sign in with my google account either. However, it looks like just a cookie because if you clear the cookies you should be able to sign in again with Chrome. I have to clear the cookies every time to log in! 🤦♀️ Hope this helps!
Even I am facing a similar issue right now. I had used a key after completing Weekly Challenge to purchase a Mystery Box. It cost me 1 key but the items aren't shown in my inventory. If anyone knows what to do please tell me
