Sims Freeplay Party Boat/Neighbours

So, I downloaded Sims Freeplay a few days ago. I just got the "Visit a neighbour" social task. So, I clicked on the planet thing and it showed one neighbour. I was about to visit it but all of my sims...

Okay, after three hours the neighbour is back. I don't know why it showed up, but I'm happy that it did!
