Sims FreePlay transfer issue

Hello Support,

 I've been playing The Sims Free Play on my windows phone and want to transfer my data to another device. I've already uploaded my saved my data but when I'm on the new device I'm prompted to log into Facebook . The problem is that I don't log into Facebook on my phone for the app. I did log onto Facebook but my saved data doesn't show up. I'm not sure how else to proceed without having to start everything new.
