sims party boat unable to connect to google play

sims freeplay party boat unable to connect to google play... how do i fix this?

Hello @tricka1799,

Please try logging out of Google Play on The Sims FreePlay and then log back in. If you have Facebook linked, please also try logging out of that and back in. Toggling these can help refresh the connection when trying to access the Party Boat.

    Are you playing The Sims FreePlay on WiFi or mobile data when you try to access the Party Boat?
