Please make sure you're logged into Facebook and have it currently linked up with The Sims FreePlay to ensure you can fully utilize the Party Boat.

I have linked with Facebook and it still didn't work. Should I sent u a screenshot?
Having the same problems...Im connected to the face book app and google play,tried un-logging from both and re-logging back in again,tried uninstalling/re-installing the game,can save on the cloud,tried accessing the party boat on 2 devices an Acer chromebook and a Samsung tablet...both say the same thing ...cannot connect to the party boat...retry
Hi, I'm having the exact same problem with Google Play. Error says "problem connecting to google play".
I have read all over the internet trying to find a solution. I have tried logging out of Facebook and Google Play, tried reinstalling and also checked that the app is authorised.
Please EA, let us know how to resolve this issue, I love this game but it sucks not being able to load the Party Boat.

Are you logging out/in to Google Play and Facebook from the Cloud Save menu? That can help with refreshing the connection.

I dont have facebook.Do I have to?
- Wait! Is it a must to have a Facebook account to access the party boat? Because I am not planning to have one!
