Something in The Sims FreePlay isn’t working

I am currently doing the sims springs quest at the arid apartments and one of the quests was to clean cobwebs. I cleaned all the cobwebs but they still say there’s more when I checked multiple times. I even changed the floor and wall color to see if I was missing anything. This is causing me to fall behind on my progress and I can’t do anymore quests until I deal with the cobwebs. I don’t have anything to skip the task with either and this isn’t the first time this happened. I really need help on this. Thanks !!
