I've sent 2 tickets and I have heard nothing from y'all. I've been having this problem and I've tried saving data, uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works.

- Anonymous9 years agoI've tried to figure out how you're actually supposed to submit a "ticket" but it keeps redirecting me to a tech support page telling me to submit a ticket without actually telling me how to do so. So how do I do it? Because I've also tried to click the links you provided and they're sending me to the same page
- Anonymous9 years agoGame started the pretty little planters quest, but I don't have the mall yet! The first thing it wants me to do is to send a Sim to the second level of the mall! So I'm stuck! Any idea of what I should do?
