Submitting real estate
I have all of the requirements in order to submit a home I've built for real estate... but there are only signs out front of properties I have not built yet. There are none outside of any I've already...

Make sure you are at the house you are trying to submit not looking at it through the map view.
I sent my sim to work at the office, and signed out/in. The sign still doesn't show up...
If you go to the link I put in my first response to you and read some of the remarks, she addresses this issue, saying that it will show up eventually.
