Suggestions to make the Restaurant better

I really enjoy playing around with the Restaurant.  I really like the "Romantic Dinner" animation.  And I really like the Close Dancing animation.  However, there are some things that I really don't like about it:

1. The Wait on Tables is way too long.  I usually do something in the Restaurant at night, and in order to complete Wait On Tables, I have to leave the Sim on duty overnight.  Which means that I have to give it a Cat Nap before I send them off to to their real job next day.  Please add a 2 hour and 4 hour option.
2. I don't think that XP is awarded for washing dishes in the restaurant.  When I assign a Sim to Continue to Clean Up, they clean all the dishes that they find, and when everything is cleaned, they exclaim "Uh Ah" and then stop.  If points are awarded, I can't see that.
3. Since the last update, the Sims who are not currently eating, but just wandering around, have started to approach the booths, exclaim "Uh Ah", and then wander away.  Exclaiming "Uh Ah" is really annoying.
4. Rather than have another Sim clean the tables, I'd like the Sim who is waiting on the tables to just do it automatically.
5. The BBQ in the kitchen is cool, but currently the only actions that I can perform with it result in the chef cooking something and then the chef sits down and eats it.
6. If you can't change the BBQ to have the ability to cook something that can be served, replace the BBQ with another stove.  That way I can get two cooks working at once.
7. I have had Sims who are cleaning up, suddenly stop, say "Uh Ah" and then stop cleaning up.  I believe this happens when the chef is standing in front of the sink mixing something.
8. Make Waiting on Tables be a real job. I'd like to create a Sim and dedicate them to running the restaurant.  Perhaps have them even do the cooking before starting Wait on Tables.  Pay them for the work in cash.
