The team is looking at this issue and would like to gather some User IDs. Could you send me your IDs in private message if you are still experiencing this issue? Here is how you can find your User ID:
- Go to The Sims FreePlay Menu (tap the blue "..." icon)
- Your ID will be at the bottom of this screen.
If your Player ID is "1", please ensure that you have connected your game to the Cloud Servers by logging in to a Social Media account.

Email the Firemonkeys. That's where I sent the issue. Or look at the info in the game. You will see online support or help in there. I just search in the internet on where their site is
