The team is looking at this issue and would like to gather some User IDs. Could you send me your IDs in private message if you are still experiencing this issue? Here is how you can find your User ID:
- Go to The Sims FreePlay Menu (tap the blue "..." icon)
- Your ID will be at the bottom of this screen.
If your Player ID is "1", please ensure that you have connected your game to the Cloud Servers by logging in to a Social Media account.

Try to uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure you save it in the cloud before uninstalling the app so that you're data will not be deleted. If nothing happens try to message firemonkey directly. Firemonkeys • [edit: email address removed] I don't know if it will help because they still not doing anything, nothing's changed. I still don't have the villa even though I tried what they told me. I hope it will help.
