Try to uninstall and reinstall the app, make sure you save it in the cloud before uninstalling the app so that you're data will not be deleted. If nothing happens try to message Fire monkey directly. For me it doesn't fix at all even though I tried it many times.
Edit: they message me asking if I want to accept the in game sim currency because of the problem. They will not fix it I think
