This is a player to player help forum. If you think the issue is with your game you need to contact support. You can do this by tapping on the question mark selection in the game menu and filling out the form. You should get an email back with a ticket number and a link to check the status of you request. You will need to give them a few days to respond since they are busy with other issue players are having.
By the way how many sims to you have doing the wood working hobby? When I did this event I think I had about twelve sims working at it.

I currently have 13 sims on working hard on woodworking hobby at the moment. They are all on the constant loop where they get the same thing over and over again. I just don't understand how they can be at it all day every day for the past 5 days and they've only achieved a level 2.I have found that doing the shortest time in the hobby the sims will level up quicker. If you have tried this and it is still not working you need to contact support.
