The pool is too dirty to swim in, Message won't disappear.

😞I keep getting a error message that states. |The pool is too dirty to swim in, Have a sim clean it first. Now I can't get rid of it it just keeps popping up please fix this in a patch. I don't want...

Have you had this problem dealt with, I have this problem also, did you buy the pool cleaner? Mine started after I bought and placed the pool cleaner!

    No, I have not. I bought multiple pool cleaners and put them in a dirty pool. Then the glitch happened.

    I believe I have pool cleaners in every pool.

    The problem with this message is it won't allow any other action. The player can only press "ok", and the dialog box will disappear for a brief second, then pop up again. I cannot access my account or my Sims at all. 😒
