The Sims FreePlay - Connect with Neighbours

I have tried all the steps above to add neighbors. I have three new friends from Facebook and they’re still not showing up in my game. If someone wants to add me from game Center, my user name is Greenwink 1. Maybe I can get neighbors this way. I have a telescope, globe, candle making station, pottery station, fashion station, filmmaker camera, fire hydrant, and soccer ball.
