[The Sims FreePlay] can you earn lifestyle and Social points?

The timed events tell you to use points, but you cannot seem to earn enough, or at this point I have gotten to level 8, and can not complete unlocking the childrens Store because  I don’t have enough...

@t9kn22vmdst8 Note : I am using an iPad and I don’t see any other options then the game I am playing in the Apple Store for this game in general. I know that on EA games website they talk of many versions, some sound interesting but are not on the Apple store. Do they not Play on an iPad?
