Community AdminI believe this is a version of the error 5002. Please read more about this error here:

If indeed error 5003 is a version of error 5002, please add them in the app description so other users will know from advance that if they'll get these errors they'll know that their device isn't supported right now.
(According to the subject you linked us to it seems that 150 people already had this problem)
