[The Sims FreePlay] I do not receive daily rewards

I have been playing the Sims FreePlay since around April. I have loved the game, however I do not receive daily rewards. I have not been receiving them for about a month now. Could you help me out?

    You may no longer receive your daily mailbox reward if you have changed the Time and Date settings of your device.

    I have the same problem. VIP11 and not getting any daily rewards since I installed the game on my new iPad. Online support was no help at all. Are they ever going to fix this?

    I have the same issue and cant even get the live chat to work. If this doesnt get solved im going to quit the game. Spent a lot of money and then this happens

  • So i started the sims freeplay again and cant get the daily rewards. It is grayed out. Tried to talk to costumer service but when i send my question in the live chat it doesnt get through. I would really like to know how to solve this. Im vip 9 and feel so frustrated about this that i think im deleting the game again if it doesnt get solved Quick. Tried uninstalling but didnt work. Somebody has the solution for me?

    Hi, no I never found a solution. Support says it's likely corrupted data on my account so I don't think there's much I can do.
    They said they're making it a 'priority' bug report but they said that a couple of months ago too and I never heard back
