[The Sims FreePlay] Lost money

I was playing SIms Freeplay, Android for about 6 months and had bought simolians from the store. Then , after about 6 months, the game would not boot up to continue the game, it merely started a new game and the simolians that I had purchased were gone. I have uninstalled the game and after a long wqait have reinstalled, but where are the simolians that I purchased with my hard earned US dollars?

How do I reconver my purchase?
