[The Sims FreePlay] New update in sims freeplay

Hello, I have to update new version in game the Sims freeplay. In page the simtracker can't move to the Sims no.4 didn't know how to use? I have to delete game and restart it 4 time, still can't, can u helping me? I use mobile android for play, thk for read, hope u help.
