    To complete this quest you need 4 computers to have 4 adult sims playing SimCity on different computers at the same time.

List of sims?  Simtracker?  Goal?  Rewards?  Tasks?  Sims idle?  Assign sims?  Are you even playing Simcity 5 LOL.
