    To complete this quest you need 4 computers to have 4 adult sims playing SimCity on different computers at the same time.

Not sure why this
happens but I too need to clear a task and usually it's the tasks 'at a neighbor's' house but after it's done it doesn't clear when the task is finished. It's extremely frustrating to know after doing things for Sim
HOURS on a timed task, there's no benefit when it's done!! Ugh!!
