    To complete this quest you need 4 computers to have 4 adult sims playing SimCity on different computers at the same time.

The 'answer' for this is ridiculous. This is happening to me as well and I have noticed the tasks it happens with are usually 'at a neighbor's house' kind of task.it will show me the job is finished and I get the XP and everything, but no task connected to the job done is cleared no matter how many times I do it. Very frustrating when the job may take a day or many Sims to complete.
