[The Sims FreePlay] sims refusing care of baby

I have spent days researching and found hundreds of ppl who killed their baby because everyone refused to care for it. MOVE THE CRIB!!!! It's that simple, make sure crib is not against wall or furnis...

I moved the crib and that didn't work does it matter if you use the dad or mom to take care of the baby they both say no to caring for the baby

Try turning the crib around so the green arrow points outward or put it where I'd is not next to a wall and the adult sims can approach it from either side. And make sure there is nothing blocking the sim's path.
