[The Sims FreePlay] the sims freeplay party boat

Since a few days my game is messed up.

My PartyBoat timer went up to over 6000 hours and my daily reward does not appear anymore.

Also when I plant or do something else the timer doesn't advance.

When I plant for 10 hours and when I come back after let's say 12, all the sims are in the same state where I left them.

The timer didn't advance, but on the screen it counts back from the beginning timer.

I removed the game and restored from the cloud but that didn't help.

Anyone knows what I should do?
