The Sims Freeplay: Toddler isn't able to enter the house!

Hey everyone!

I'm playing The Sims Freeplay on my Ipad 2

My baby has become a toddler and since that happened, it's impossible for her to enter the house or the garden. The only thing she can do is walk around on the street. Also it's impossible to interact with the other sims! Whenever I try to move her, there appears a textballoon with footsteps in it, which means she's unable to make the move. It's really annoying because I can't feed her or clean her...

Can someone help me please?

Have you already tried to close the app completely and / or clear your cache?

When this has happened to me there has been something in front of the door. The dogs like to put their Frisbees there.
